Today I present you a new Catrice pretty, called Blue And A Half Men. The show it was named after used to be one of my favourites, it's really a shame that stupid things happened on the set over there.. But anyways, it inspired this pretty polish (although naming might have been done after manufacturing...)
Yaaay another twinsie thursday and I'm loving this one, our nails have never looked more alike! <3 Check out Samantha's awesome manicure:
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
It's Twinsie Thursday again! This month our theme was yellow with half moon nail art. Now, yellow is not a color I usually gravitate towards, but when Lothwen mentioned it, I was up for the challenge! I am really loving this look!
Something interesting appeared in my local drugstore this weekend and I thought everybody who sees it in store would like to know "Does it work?" So let me tell you my experience with Catrice Ombre Top Coat. (Now that I google it, it has been out there for a few weeks, I just have not set foot in my drug store much lately!)

So what they say is the following. Start out with any light colour. Then put one coat of of ombre top coat on the second nail, two coats on the third, ... you get it. So I tried it. I started out with a baby blue base, She Nail Enamel 304, that I picked up in Malta.
Today we raise awareness for depression and related conditions. This has been initiated by @nailsandpolkadots and I want to contribute this mani, since I have seen depression in my direct surroundings and what it does to people. I chose to wear Polish Me Silly "Green Genie", which is green for today's #fightforlightandlive and a genie, for the recent passing of Robin Williams.
A while back, I won a giveaway at SassyShelly.com and I won the prize pack from OverallBeauty.com! There were two nail polishes. The first one from Pretty Serious, called "Viscous Vampire", which I showed you HERE.
Now let's look at the other one, John Russo "Deep Blue Sea":
Today happens to be the birthday of one of my friends from India, thus she is beginning a new cycle around the Sun. This inspired me to post this today, since today's mani features Ganapati, god of many good things and especially good beginnings.
Quick swatch today: LynBDesigns "Absolutely Absolem", from the Wonderland collection:
I used this earlier in this mani, so this swatch was actually done on my Cinderella hand ;) Look at the linear holo! And to amaze you further, when taken out of direct light, there are iridescent glitters everywhere to continue the sparkle...
See, between the holo? It's awesome :D This is two easy coats. Application is flawless. Looooove!
First of all, did you enter the giveaways that I'm part of/hosting? GO HERE
My current mani is to celebrate another PLL episode! Man I love that show. This mani is inspired by Paulina's Passions, but did not turn out they way I had envisioned it. And it's certainly not as perfectly clean as hers. But oh well... it's ok. Although it looks like a bunch of weird albino strawberries.
These are the last of the key chain polishes, of which I showed you a glitter topper and three neons already; two more neons, a purple and a blue one. Let's start with the purple, "Where My Girls At", based on a song from "my time" and very girly indeed:
My friend got married and asked me to do her nails. I was ecstatic! But then I started to get nervous. I mean, if there's any day on which one needs perfect nails, it's one's wedding day! What if I screwed it up?!
The bride was going to wear mint peeptoes, so we decided her nails should all be mint. For that, I used Rimmel "Peppermint". This is the result, and thank goodness, it worked out. That probably made me more happy than her ;)
