Got another pretty from Incidental Twin nail polish for you today! This time a crelly, but with the same gorgeous shimmer particles as Clotho. Meet "The Side of the Souding Sea" (to which I will from now on refer to as TSSS), inspired by the work of Edgar Allan Poe.
Long time no see! I'm sorry, I had no Easter manicures for you this year. I attempted one, but messed it up and then I just gave up. So here's something from the vault! I meant to post this for a #RedCoatTuesday, but something came up that week and I didn't get around to posting it. And then the season of PLL was over, so no more #RCT posts for a while... I actually have another one lined up, because I didn't realise the season would be over... LOL! So here we go, some random red nails:
It's late, but I can't sleep, I had a migraine today and fell asleep before dinner. So now I'm not really tired enough, so I thought I'd blog! This is a long post with many pictures and all of the same polish. Took me a week to do these manis but it was worth it. So let's meet Clotho, the youngest of the Three Fates of Moirai, responsible for spinning the thread of life.
As spring has officially sprung, the Hobby Polish Bloggers have another linkup to celebrate! I went with freehanded tulips today, not my best work, but acceptable. I'm so out of practice when it comes to freehanding... Not that I've ever really mastered it, but I've been better at it. Oh well... let's look at the mani!
After having been MIA for almost two weeks (there was a car accident, a passing of a loved one and allergies that are in full swing), I'm back! Still very much behind though, so here's some manis that I did for friends over the past few months.
Let's start with my new work friend. She had a gala to go to, so she asked me to do her nails. Her favourite colour is hot pink and she was going to wear black. So here's what I came up with! I used Ms. Sparkle "Girls Wanna Have Pink" as my base and stamped with Konad black and BP-L015.
Some indie loving today, assuming that Picture polish is still an indie? I have the beautiful Ornate for you. despite the awful weather conditions, the photos still clearly show an amazingly beautiful piece of art:
If you're following me on Instagram, you might have seen this come by already. I meant to post it on Monday, but I fell asleep before I could even open my computer. So that is why today I treat you to pics of two new pretties by Ms. Sparkle - the March Birthstone/Starsign Duo!
Let's have a look at Aquamarine first:
Aquamarine is a beautiful aquamarine (doh!) blue polish with a gold shimmer, turquoise hexes and gold flakes. It is a one coat wonder! It applies easily and looks absolutely stunning with my complexion, I love it! And it shimmers so beautifully in the sun <3
Pisces is another thing of beauty, take a look!
Aw yissssss, a thermal holo! Sort of the best thing in the world, IMO! And on top of that, it has gold glass flecks. Freaking awesome! When cold, it is a gorgeous dark green:
And when warm, it is a light bright green, almost a faded neon!
This is three thin coats. It applies like a dream and dries very fast. I'm in love.
If you love these as much as I do, get going to Ms. Sparkle's web shop now! All her nail polishes are 5-free and vegan. And since she has new collections coming out quite regularly, go follow her on social media!
Happy Red Coat Tuesday! I'm secretly crossing my fingers, hoping that they'll successfully drag out the story another season after this one ;) I just can't say goodbye to PLL yet!
Today I have a mani with some polishes that I accidentally purchased from prettypolish.nl. Oops! It was a Vday sale, so I made it my Vday present. Lol! I got Cirque Colours "Madder" and "Reflektor" and when I held them in my hands for the first time, I knew I had to combine them. Such beauties!
