Hello lovelies!
Of course, I only learned this after I had put the cute elephant on my nails and asked my friends from India whether it was some kind of god or something, since it looked Indian to me. But now I know ;) I learn many new things from these new friends of mine :D
So I started off with two coats of this amazing nail polish from LynBDesigns, "I'm not myself, you see" from the Wonderland collection. Then I applied SV and waited for it all to dry. Then I applied the Ganapati decals from Bornprettystore, some of them cut into pieces to frame my nails. The gold stickers are from a sheet of nail stickers I got as a surprise with my prize of Nailthins from Pretty Darn Nails :) So sweet! To seal it all in, I used two coats of top coat.
Cute, huh? Now let's take a close look to the polish:
Isn't it marvellous?! Such a warm rusty brown colour and DAT HOLO! It is well-present, but still subtly, adding its rainbow to the gorgeous brown goodness.

Wow das Design gefällt mir gut.

Danke schön :) xx
DeleteI like the decals and I LOVE the polish! I'll be placing a LynBDesigns order as soon as she has another sale! :D
ReplyDeleteGood plan ;-) She has one at least twice a year, that I know of ;)
DeleteLove the Ganapati decals! They look very nice with the brown sparkle polish. ^_^
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! They look perfect over the LynBDesigns polish too - it's so pretty x
ReplyDeleteThank you ^_^
DeleteSo incredibly elegant! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you <3
DeleteI learned something new today! I had no idea that Ganapati was even the name of a God let alone what it was a God of. Great polish to pair with the decals, I especially love the gold ones that frame your pinky and pointer finger.
ReplyDeleteYes, isn't it fun to learn this stuff? Because in India, he is worshipped by almost everyone and his day of worship marks the beginning of all other worship days as well. He is very important, and I had no idea.. I'm so lucky to work with people from India!
DeleteThank you <3
Oh I adore that base color so much! And the decals are adorable!
ReplyDeleteYou're not the first to say that! I'm going to tell LynBDesigns this, it will make her happy ;)
DeleteThank you :)
"I'm Not Myself, You See" is one of my favorite polishes from LynBDesigns - it's such a great polish! Lovely manicure. :)
ReplyDeleteDo you own it? If not, go own it ;)
DeleteThanks dear <3
That polish is gorgeous! I'm surprised at how much I love it because it's only a color I would normally reach for but it's so pretty! The decal is really cute too!
ReplyDeleteYesss! I'll tell Jennalyn from LynBDesigns, lol, everybody loves it!
DeleteSuper cute! I especially love how you framed the nails with pieces of other decals. This looks really great. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you <3
DeleteThe decals all go together so well, and that polish is gorgeous!! Love this mani!
ReplyDeleteWhen the page loaded I literally said "whoa!" out loud. Those decals are really interesting! I learned about Ganesh when I took art history in college and it is one of my favorite Hindu deities.
ReplyDeleteOh cool, art history! That is a really nice background to have! Very interesting :D
DeleteThank you, I'm so happy to hear that I sorta made you go "whoa!" :D That's really awesome :D
I love that burnt caramel holo! It's amazing!! I don't think I have anything like that, not even close actually.
ReplyDeleteIt's good that you're learning from your friends and you teach us, too!
Yes, it was too nice not to share :) And my friends are very new friends of mine and I am very lucky to have met them :)
DeleteAnd you're right, that polish is one of a kind. I'm very happy I bought it :D
