I tried out one of my new KADS stamping plates along with one of my new polishes. The polish is Kruidvat's own brand in the colour "Palm Leaves", a sage green creme polish and the plate Fashion 057.

Slowly I'm beginning to accept that summer is over and that we're falling into autumn. I'm focussing on the nice aspects on it, i.e. the non-rain related aspects. One of these is the fall colour spectrum. I'm starting with dark green!

The Digit-al Dozen does Marble - Smoosh Marble

Hello lovelies!

The third marble mani of the week! I chose a smoosh marble this time. For this relatively simple technique one uses a stamper to smoosh polish together. This usually works wonderfully as a base for stamping, but this time I left it as is:

I started with a white base (HEMA) and then smooshed with P2 "Spaceshot" and "Ferris Wheel", Essie "I'm Addicted" and Konad Silver. I sealed it in with Seche Vite.

Kinda loved wearing this, was sad to take it off after just one day! What do you think? Do you like smoosh marbles?

So yesterday I did something with microglitter, so today is all about the big ones! Remember the day they invented triangle glitter (well at least polish-wise)? I do. Lumina Lacquer was one of the first to put it into polish and it was magical. I was mesmerised and was forced to order a few bottles because I couldn't get it out of my head anymore...

Remember that water lily mani? Well I used an untried for the green in that one,  which inspired me to try it for real!  There usually is no reason for polishes to become untrieds... Other than a lack of time and the stash becoming bigger and bigger... and the fact that I want to give the polishes the love they deserve! So I showed some love to Aliquid Lacquer "Yooper" and tested a new BP stamping polish while I was at it!

Hello lovelies!

Decades - that doesn't necessarily mean past or present, right? Right. So let's skip a whole century from yesterday and see what's ahead of us, or our (grand)children. But at the same time, let's keep it positive, what with all the stuff that's going on in the world right now. Therefore I based this manicure on a feasible theory that brings hope to the entire planet: the theory that it is possible to have the entire world powered by renewable energy in 2090. All of us will have gone green!
