I recently treated myself to a whole bunch of new stamping plates, including Nicole Diary 104. I also picked up a lemon yellow fast-drying polish from Essence Pretty Fast collection "Yellow to Go".
This is another manicure that I did a while back. I used one of my French cremes from Adopt', like I did here and here. Apart from several green polishes, I got my hands on this beautiful mustard yellow shade. I decided to keep it simple:
This product was sent to me for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
Hi lovelies!
Ms. Sparkle did another group custom for Yellow Polish Lovers! I had the privilege of swatching last year's exclusive and this year I am the lucky swatcher again! The polish was named by Jerusha Marquis: "Meltdown".
I bought some Essence polishes a while ago with a 50% discount and figured they'd look good together, so I did a little nail art! First I have a pastel yellow flower design:
Long time no blog... I've been battling some kind of persistent fatigue lately, that doesn't seem to want to go away. Anyways, I'm back for this month's Digit-al Dozen challenge, which is all about what you see when you look up, so for this first instalment I commemorate the time that when one in the Rotterdam area looked up, one could have seen me actually flying an airplane! Oh yeah!
Ms. Sparkle has come with a beautiful new Fall collection this year. It consists of six polishes that can be divvied up into two categories: multichromes and brights. I will start with the latter!
Today is the last day of this month's Digit-al Dozen: In My Garden challenge! Now the best thing about my garden is the fact that it has loads of sunshine. It makes taking nail pics so much easier! Plus, actively absorbing solar radiation is one of my hobbies. The house I previously occupied had hardly any natural light and no garden whatsoever, so I'm very grateful for my new patch of bricks!
As promised, I went all out for todays manicure; I did not just stamp, nor did I do a double stamp. No, I quadruple-bloody-stamped the bejesus out of this manicure!
Two facebook groups have come together and organised a limited edition nail polish box: Crazy 4 Crellies and Retro Rewind Lounge. This resulted in a wonderful collection dedicated to gone-by eras. Parrot Polish, Dollish Polish, Polish ‘M, Ms. Sparkle and Supernatural Lacquer all took a decade and went nuts and I have Ms. Sparkle's creation today!
Today I'm wearing a very special polish, for it was sent to me by my nail polish buddy Donna! She sent me polishes from the US and I'm sending her polishes from Europe.
So as soon as I received "Gemini" - with "Taurus" still on my coffee table from the previous month, making me happy by just existing - I knew this needed to happen:
Another month is around the corner, so that means another stunning birthstone/star sign duo from Ms. Sparkle! We have Gemini and Pearl this month and the translations into polish are awesome, check it out!
It's the first of April and you know what that means; no, no joke, it's time for a new monthly birthstone/star sign duo from Ms. Sparkle! The stone of the month is Diamond. The star sign of (most of) the month is Aries. So let's get to it!
Yes, that's right, I'm trying out allllllll new stamping polishes from BPS. The ones I didn't get for review, I bought myself, as I got greedy and found that I needed ALL THE COLOURS! And I'm glad I did. Now I have yellow stamping polish as well! I used BP-79 again, a different image this time.
Got some awesome nail art for you today! Made with Neverland Nail Vinyls, this design has been in my head for a while... and it worked out the way I wanted! First time this week I was able to do nail art without dramatically failing, lol ;)
