Twinsie Thursday - Leopards & Stripes Skittlette
Look at Samantha's super cute skittlette! It was inspired by @nailpolish90 on IG, who in turn was inspired by +LemmingsPolish, which I just found out!
Hi everyone!
Hi everyone!
This Thursday, Lothwen and I decided to do a manicure inspired by nailpolish90 on Instagram!
It is a leopard print, stripe, and teal skittlette, which I couldn't love more! <3
I started off with two coats of each of my base colors: an unnamed teal Color Club, Julep Bunny, and Zoya Taylor. Then, I went in and added in all of the details with L.A. Colors Art Deco Striper in Black, Zoya Louise, and the unnamed Color Club. To finish the look off I used my favorite top coat, NYC Grand Central Station, and I added the gold studs.
Overall, I love this look! Make sure to stop by my blog and see the look that Lothwen created! It is too cute!

Twinsie Thursday - Spring Flowers
Happy Twinsie Thursday everyone!
My post today is short and sweet! My camera wasn't cooperating, so I was only able to get one clear shot of my manicure. Don't you hate it when technology doesn't cooperate? I know I do! :(

Twinsie Thursday - Christmas Stamping!
Merry Christmas, lacquer lovers!
This Twinsie Thursday's theme is Christmas! Lothwen was kind enough to send me some stamping plates a few weeks ago and one of them was a Christmas themed plate! There was one design in particular I loved: a vintage looking Santa!
For this look, I started off with two coats of my favorite red: OPI Red My Fortune Cookie! Then, using Rimmel London Black Satin and Born Pretty Store Plate 01 I stamped on the Santa faces.
I am in love with this look! It is festive and intricate, yet very simple!
I haven't seen Lothwen's post yet, but I sure her nails look awesome because they always do. ;)
I hope everyone has a great day, no matter what holiday you celebrate!
I'll be back for another Twinsie Thursday next year! How weird does that sound?
Samantha, I love it! This super cute Santa looks great on your nails! I look forward to our swapping posts next year :D Happy happy holidays everybody!

Twinsie Thursday - Negative Space Tribals
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
It is Twinsie Thursday once again! This month we decided on a black and white tribal negative space nail art look. From this months experience I've learned a few things. First, negative space is very hard- you have to have super steady hands, which I do not process. Second, Lothwen is the queen of negative space. Her manicure is awesome! Head over to my blog to see what I mean!

Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
It's Twinsie Thursday again! This month our theme was yellow with half moon nail art. Now, yellow is not a color I usually gravitate towards, but when Lothwen mentioned it, I was up for the challenge! I am really loving this look!

Triplet Nails - Cats
Hello lovelies!
OK first of all, I kinda totally took the easy way out on this one, I just did not have time for proper nail art. The theme was animals this month and our class was mammals. So we had tooooo many options and hence decided on pets. And then we all had cats, so we settled on cats ;) OK I don't actually have a cat, but my parents do, so it counts ;) Here are my nails.

Twin Blog Post - May Flowers
Hello lovelies!
Time for this month's Twin Nails Collaboration post! We were odd-numbered, so we became a triplet! How fun :D Meet my triplet friends Nail Art Novice & The Dalai Lama's Nails :) This month's theme is flowers and we were assigned with roses. Since we'd done many rose manis already, we decided we'd wanna do them somewhat differently, so we went with a black-white-neon colour scheme. This is what I came up with:

Twinsie Thursday: Puzzles!
Hello lovelies!
Today I have a mani that is part of the Twin Nails Collaboration! This month's theme is colours and me and my Twin-for-the-month Gemma from My Adventures In Nail Art are doing Primary Colours. We decided to throw in a puzzle pattern too, for it is still Autism Awareness Month, so all that turned into this:

Twinsie Thursday - Easter Eggs!
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
It is Twinsie Thursday once again! With Easter on Sunday, Lothwen and I thought it was the perfect theme!
For this look, I used all of the Zoya Awaken Collection, minus Monet. Brooklyn, Hudson, Rebel, Dillion, Cole, and Dot were perfect for this look! I took a nail art brush and designed a different "Easter egg look" on each nail.
This was such an easy look to achieve and perfect for nail art beginners! It makes you practice some very important nail art tool skills, as it made me practice mine!
I hope everyone has a wonder Easter! :)
Make sure to come over to my blog and check out Lothwen's look, as it is SUPER cute. I'm definitely going to try it this weekend.
OMG Samantha I LOOOOOOVE IT! So classy and fun at the same time, it's perfect! The colours are amazing together. I want those!

Twinsie Thursday: Valentine's Day Graffiti
Hello lovelies!
Oh I'm slow, Samantha is faster than me! Sorry guys, I was eating dinner ;) So happy Samantha has electricity again! Being cooped up inside without power is dreadful. So without further ado, her post!
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, so this Twinsie Thursday's theme is Valentine's Day Graffiti. I'll be honest, this almost didn't happen, as I haven't had power for 24 hours, but the day was saved by a generator, so here we are! :)

Twinsie Tuesday: Love Patches All
Hello lovelies!
Me and a whole bunch of bloggers teamed up for a mega twinsie post event! We were randomly assigned a partner to create twinsie manis with. So I present to you my twin for the day: Maria! The theme was 'patterns' and me and Maria got assigned 'patchwork'. As you might know, I've done a few of those, so I decided to do them totally different this time. This is the result:

Twinsie Thursday: Christmas Skittle!
Hello:)
Hello Lacquer Lovers!
It's Twinsie Thursday once again! This month the theme was Christmas Skittles. I love skittle manicures, so this was up my alley!
Penguin
My penguin smeared when I top coated it, but what can a girl do? :(
For this nail, I started with Wet n Wild French White Creme as my base color. I then took a Milani striper in Black Sketch and created the black part of the penguin's body, along with it's eyes. I used Zoya Arizona to create the feet and beak. The bow tie is OPI Red My Fortune Cookie.
Christmas Tree
I started out with a base color of Wet n Wild French White Creme. Then, I used my dotting tool to make the tree shape. For the tree I used OPI Did It On Em, Zoya Hunter, Sation Loudest Color, and an unnamed Pure Ice Green. To top it off, I added a gold star rhinestone.
Santa
For my base color I used Zoya Chantal. I started off by making the top of the hat with OPI Red My Fortune Cookie. Then, to make the fluffy part of the hat and beard I used a Milani striper in White Canvas. I added the eyes and mouth with a Miliani striper in Black Sketch. I used an unnamed Color Club pink for the nose.
Reindeer
I started off with Wet n Wild French White Creme as my base color. Then, I drew the head/body with Zoya Louise. I took a Diamond Cosmetics striper in Cocoa and made the antlers. The eyes were made of Milani White Canvas and Black Sketch. I used OPI Red My Fortune Cookie for the nose.
Make sure to stop by my blog to see what Lothwen came up with! I haven't seen her design yet, but I'm sure it is awesome!
I hope I'll see you again next month! :)I love it Samantha! Thank you again! :D
