Since my last mani, spring has finally sprung (save for the occasional hail storm). I also managed to book a short vacation with my friend for the summer. To celebrate having a holiday to look forward to, I took one of the nail polishes I bought during our last holiday, two years ago, in Sweden!

I know we're well into January, but since this is my first post this year, I want to wish you all a very happy 2021! I hope this year we'll all get our vaccines and life can go back to relatively normal - at least with minimal safety protocols and no more lockdowns! 

I'm starting the new year with a swatch of a super happy polish by Ms. Sparkle for the Polished Gamers Box: "Super Mario Galaxy".

I took the sweetest blue for you out of the vault this Monday: Different Dimension "Olivia". I have used it before and this time I reverse stamped it with a cute heart design from Beauty Big Bang. 

Blue Marble Stamping

Hello lovelies,

Happy Sunday! I did this mani ages ago, but never got around to posting it. It was when those marble design stamping plates were popping up everywhere last year. Such a fun way to create a marble design! I decided to use a more unusual colour for this marble and grabbed my new dark blue OPI "My car has Navy-gation" and took out my new stamping plate by Nicole Diary: Marble Artist Stamp Stencil 076.

I have another Ms. Sparkle pretty for you: a limited edition polish for the new ensemble "The Makers Dozen". The Makers Dozen is a collaboration between 12 makers with a different guest maker joining monthly. They create 13 limited edition polishes every month inspired by a theme and a color. June's theme is Vacation Destinations and Ms. Sparkle chose the northern regions of the planet for inspiration. Still busy with my new house, which is why I completely forgot the start of this new challenge! However the moving did make me an actual garden-owner, which does make this challenge - In My Garden - more fun! 

Luckily I had a mani in the vault from last challenge (where we were inspired by each other), which I didn't manage to post. It is quite fitting, since it depicts what my dream garden would look like! It is inspired by this wonderful manicure by Oksana - a.k.a. The Polished Koi.

Hi lovelies!

Today is Blue Monday - the most depressing day of the year. However, since blue is a beautiful shade, why not celebrate with a manicure and try to beat those blues? I took one out of the vault, since I had to work today, which is why my nails are still square here, lol.
