So yesterday I did something with microglitter, so today is all about the big ones! Remember the day they invented triangle glitter (well at least polish-wise)? I do. Lumina Lacquer was one of the first to put it into polish and it was magical. I was mesmerised and was forced to order a few bottles because I couldn't get it out of my head anymore...

Happy Red Coat Tuesday! Today I'm celebrating another episode of Pretty Little Liars with red manicures using exotic polishes. I've got one Chinese, two Columbian and two Mexican polishes, combined into two manicures. The Chinese is from BPS, but the Columbian and Mexican polishes I got from two lovely and amazing friends, who always buy me nail polish when they're abroad! Isn't that super cool and sweet?!

I meant to post these Friday and Saturday, in time for and on the time of Halloween, but both days I was not feeling well at all, so I couldn't muster up the strength to post these. Therefore I'll show them now and perhaps you can use them as inspiration for next year! 

Let's start with a mani that was loosely inspired by Cosmetic Sanctuary. I did not have her awesome vinyls or her awesome nail charm (I ordered one, but it hasn't arrived yet), so I created this:

Ms. Sparkle Sheer O'Magic Collection: The Toppers

Hi lovelies!

Yesterday I showed you part one of this magical collection: The Jellies. Today I will show you the amazing glass fleck flakie top coats! The difference between the jellies and the top coats, is that while the jellies provide amazing depth to the polish, the top coats give it an intense sparkle (when glossy) and completely change the appearance of the base colour! Now caution, reader, for this awesomeness will cause intense drooling. So grab a bucket.

I have been MIA since Christmas, for various reasons, but to make it all up to you I have a spectacular giveaway for you! I teamed up with Ms. Sparkle and together we created 5 exclusive polishes for this occasion! It was so much fun! And much more difficult that you might imagine, with so many choices of glitter and bases... But we did it, two toppers (mini size) and three jellies (full-size), in a variety of colours and styles, and I named them after things and spells and persons from the Harry Potter Universe. Ms Sparkle Playtime Collection - Akira

Hello lovelies!

As promised, I present you "Akira", the second polish in this collection that Simone named after me <3 Click here to see "Lothwen" Akira is amazeballs, check it out:

"Akira" is a glitter topper with black and platinum leopard spots, yellow stars, neon green blacklight reactive hexes, purple micro glitter and big holo circles... It's an 80's party in a bottle and it's one of the most fun toppers I own, if not THE most fun!

I applied two coats of Akira over a white to purple gradient base. The black leopards did not require much fishing, the platinum ones however did, so weird! But that's a minor detail with a deliciously awesome payoff like this ;)

Ms. Sparkle "Lothwen" is part of the new "Playtime" collection and will be in the shop tonight!
